Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS!
• Only buy tickets from our website, we are not responsible for counterfeit tickets.
• All events are rain or shine.
• Gate tickets are included with concert tickets.
• Gate tickets do NOT ride armbands.
• Gat tickets do NOT include concerts / special events.
• Saturday tickets will scan on other days but Non-Saturday tickets will NOT be honored on Saturdays - NO EXCEPTIONS!
• There will be a $2 ride band activation fee if you purchase AFTER pre-sale ends. (March 31st at Midnight.).
• NOTICE OF FILM & PHOTOGRAPHY: By purchasing a ticket or entering the Clay County Fairgrounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded. These recordings may be used for any purpose including websites, social media, news, and advertising. You waive all claims related to this use, including privacy, publicity rights, and approval rights. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms.
