Recipients must be available one day of the the fair, April 4 - 14, 2024, from 5:00-6:00 PM. Those chosen will receive a Made in America Flag, (4) Fair Admission passes and $25.00 in meal tickets.

If chosen, we will contact the person who filled out this form first before contacting the nominee.
