Miss Clay County Fair Scholarship Pageant

By submitting this application I /We hereby agree that the Clay County Fair Association, Inc. and the County of Clay will not be responsible for the loss or damage to property, or for personal injury which is a result of my/our participation in the Clay County Agricultural Fair. Also by submitting this application, I as an adult, guardian, or parent, accept complete responsibility, and release the Clay County Fair Association, Inc. and the County of Clay. Anyone participating in the Clay County Agricultural Fair, by way of entry, hereby agrees and consents to the use of any exhibit in any or all publications, TV publicity, brochure, internet, etc., that the Clay County Fair Association, Inc., may desire.

I/We have read and understand, and in consideration for being permitted to exhibit at this event, I/We agree and consent to abide by all the rules of exhibiting and of competition, including the IAFE (International Association of Fairs and Expositions) National Code of Show Ring Ethics as stated in the HandBook for this event. I /We hereby agree that the Clay County Fair Association, Inc., its Board of Directors, staff and the County of Clay will not be responsible for the loss or damage to property, or for personal injury which is a result of my/our participation in the Clay County Agricultural Fair. Upon signing this statement, I accept complete responsibility, and agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless both the Clay County Fair Association, Inc. and the Clay County Board of County Commissioners, Clay County for any and all damages, liability, claims, causes of action or suits attributable to or due to the actions or omissions of the undersigned or the use of occupancy of the premises Clay County Fair Association, Inc. and Clay County Fair Grounds. Anyone participating in the Clay County Agricultural Fair, by way of entry, hereby agrees and consents to the use of any exhibit in any or all publications, TV publicity, brochure, internet, etc., that the Clay County Fair Association, Inc., may desire. THE EXHIBITOR HAS READ THE FOREGOING RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION AND HAS SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY. HIS OR HER PARENT(S) AND/OR GUARDIAN HAS REVIEWED THE FOREGOING AND ENTERS INTO AND CONSENTS TO THE RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFICATION ON THE EXHIBITOR’S AS WELL AS THEIR BEHALF.
