Any charitable organization can submit a rain barrel. The first 15 organizations to register get their barrel provided free. All other entries will require a $15 barrel fee, if you are not providing your own. You are responsible for painting your own barrel. Barrels must be finished and at the fairgrounds by March 31.Your organization’s barrel will be on display throughout the fair. Fair goers will vote for their favorite. At the end of the fair, we will award the People’s Choice winner with $500. On April 13^th, the last day of the fair, we will auction off the barrels and each organization will receive 100% of their barrel’s selling price. We do not accept political or religious organizations.

2025 applications are now available. We will be choosing 15-20 organizations for the picnic tables this year. Deadline to submit application is January 17th, 2025 and we will let you know if you are selected or not by February 1st, 2025. Paint day will be March 7^th, 8th and 9^th and tables need to be primed before the 7^th. We open April 3rd, 2025. We provide the artist unless you already have one that you work with, let us know that please. We do not accept political, religious or for profit organizations.
