Any charitable organization can submit a rain barrel. The first 15 organizations to register get their barrel provided free. All other entries will require a $15 barrel fee, if you are not providing your own. You are responsible for painting your own barrel. Barrels must be finished and at the fairgrounds by March 25.Your organization’s barrel will be on display throughout the fair. Fair goers will vote for their favorite. At the end of the fair, we will award the People’s Choice winner with $500. We do not accept political or religous organizations.

2024 applications are now availably, We will be choosing 15-20 organizations for the picnic tables this year. Deadline to submit application is January 12th and we will let you know if you are selected or not by February 1St. Paint day will be March 8th and 9th. We open April 4th. We provide the artist unless you already have one that you work with, let us know that please. We do not accept political or religious' organizations.
